Hotel Accommodation
Some hotels still offer rooms at the ICSE conference rate, subject to availability. If you haven't done so yet, we urge you to secure your room now, since the conference happens to coincide with a major music festival this year, so any remaining rooms will sell out fast.
Detailed directions and public transport connections are now available for all conference hotels.
Getting around Leipzig
The technical program (research, education, experience and demo tracks etc.) will take place on May 14-16 at the Congress Center Leipzig (CCL) on the new fairground north of the city. Workshops, tutorials, co-located events etc. will take place on May 10-13 and May 17-18 at The Westin Hotel close to the main station in the city center.

Getting to Leipzig
Leipzig can be reached from a number of German and European airports, and has frequent rail connections with all major European cities. Read more on how to reach Leipzig by air, rail or car.
Visa Information
The
Association for Computing Machinery does not issue formal invitation
letters for visas. They can however issue a visa support letter. For
visa support letters, please send all requests to Ashley Cozzi with the following information:
- Name and mailing address as it appears on your passport
- The name of the conference you wish to attend
- Registration confirmation number
- If you are the author of any papers accepted for the conference, please provide the title
- Fax number
Visa support letters are not issued via email.
